Chapter 12: Activating Your Starseed Family

One of the biggest lessons I learned during this process was that the harder I tried, the less it worked.

At first, I wanted contact so badly. I was focused on it every day. I was reaching for it. I was chasing it. I was trying to force it to happen.

And nothing happened.

Then something changed.

I stopped focusing on wanting it so badly.

I stopped trying so hard.

I let go.

I relaxed.

I started enjoying my life. I started having fun. I spent time in nature. I meditated without expectations. I simply became more present.

That was when everything began to show up.

My vibration was higher because I was no longer attached to the outcome.

One of the spiritual laws my guides taught me was simple:

What you resist, persists.

The more you push against something, the more energy you give it.

The more attached you become to something, the more you can actually push it away.

The universe responds to flow, not force.

When I surrendered and relaxed into the process, meaningful experiences began occurring naturally. Contact became easier. Synchronicities increased. Guidance arrived without struggle.

I believe every one of us has the ability to connect with our Star Family.

Meditation is one of the greatest doorways available to us.

There are countless forms of meditation. Some focus on the breath. Some use visualization. Some use frequencies, affirmations, prayer, or simply sitting in stillness.

The first step is learning how to interact with your Starseed family.

As you begin this journey, new energies may begin opening around you.

You may notice increased intuition.

You may notice vivid dreams.

You may begin receiving insights, synchronicities, inner knowing, or a greater feeling of connection to life itself.

One of the most important things you can do is set a clear intention.

Ask yourself:

Who would I like to connect with?

Perhaps it is Archangel Michael.

Perhaps Lord Melchizedek.

Perhaps the Arcturians.

Perhaps the Pleadians.

Or perhaps simply your Higher Self.

There is a mantra that I have found to be very powerful because of its simplicity.

You can simply say:

“I am setting the intention to connect with my Star Family of the highest love and light.”

That statement immediately creates a direction.

It creates a focus.

It creates a bull’s-eye.

Most importantly, it establishes that you are connecting only with energies aligned with the highest love and light.

That is extremely important.

I have also found that focusing on a specific star lineage can amplify the experience.

You may feel drawn toward the Pleadians.

You may read about them.

Listen to their language.

Meditate on their energy.

You may feel drawn to the Arcturians and set the intention:

“I am connecting with my Arcturian guides of the highest love and light.”

Giving your focus a specific direction often amplifies the results.

In my Making Contact Boot Camp, I encourage students to focus on one specific being, lineage, or guide rather than trying to connect with everything at once.

A smaller focus often creates a stronger signal.

I believe everyone can develop a relationship with their Star Family.

In many ways, it is no different than developing a relationship with your Higher Self or your spirit guides.

Everyone has spirit guides.

Everyone has support.

The difference is how those connections manifest.

Some people experience visions.

Others receive intuitive feelings.

Others receive messages in dreams.

Others simply experience an inner knowing.

The amount and type of contact may depend on your life path and your soul’s mission.

The experiences I have had occurred because contact became part of my life purpose.

That may not be everyone’s path.

But I do believe everyone has access to these experiences in their own unique way.

The spiritual veil is becoming thinner now.

Many people are noticing this.

The energies are changing.

Awareness is expanding.

And because of that, these connections are becoming easier for many people.

Some of the Galactic beings serving on your Ascension Team may actually be members of your Star Family.

Some may be guides assisting your evolution.

Some may even be other expressions of your own soul.

The key is always the same.

Go within.

Enter the stillness.

Enter the sacred inner space.

That is where the connection begins.

These experiences can manifest in many different ways.

They do not always involve seeing a spacecraft.

Sometimes they come as feelings.

Sometimes they come as inspiration.

Sometimes they come as healing.

Sometimes they come as profound love.

Sometimes they come as a deep remembrance of who you truly are.

One of the greatest shifts occurring on the planet right now is the activation of the High Heart.

The High Heart and the higher energy centers are opening more rapidly than ever before.

Your chakras are the stairway to heaven within your own body.

These energy centers rise through the spine, connecting you to both Earth and Spirit.

You can activate them through meditation.

You can activate them through breathwork.

You can activate them through nature.

You can activate them while walking on the beach.

You can activate them while sitting quietly beneath a tree.

You can activate them while soaking in a warm bath.

As these centers become clear and balanced, your energy flows more freely.

You become more powerful.

You become more aligned.

You become a clearer channel for higher frequencies.

The messages I continue to receive place tremendous emphasis on two centers in particular:

The Heart Chakra.

And the Throat Chakra.

The heart opens us to compassion, love, acceptance, and connection.

The throat allows us to express our truth.

Many Starseeds and Lightworkers have spent lifetimes remaining silent.

Many learned early in life that it was safer not to speak.

Many felt different.

Many felt misunderstood.

Many learned to suppress their gifts.

The throat chakra often carries those wounds.

But now is the time to open it.

Now is the time to speak your truth.

Now is the time to share your gifts.

Now is the time to become fully yourself.

The throat chakra is not only connected to communication.

It is also connected to higher wisdom.

It is a bridge between your human self and your higher spiritual awareness.

The heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras form a pathway into higher consciousness.

The lower chakras help anchor that wisdom into physical reality.

Together they create balance between Heaven and Earth.

As these energies continue activating, more gifts and abilities may begin emerging.

The guides have repeatedly shown me that dormant abilities connected to various star lineages are beginning to awaken.

As our DNA activates and solar energies increase, we are embodying more of our multidimensional nature.

Many people are beginning to remember ancient aspects of themselves.

Some resonate with Pleadian energy.

Some with Arcturian energy.

Some with Sirian energy.

Others feel connected to Lyran, Andromedan, or Aquatic lineages.

We are a cosmic family.

We carry many histories within us.

Many star lineages.

Many lifetimes.

Many expressions of consciousness.

As these memories awaken, they help us remember who we truly are.

The guides continue showing me the importance of opening the throat chakra because humanity needs authentic voices now more than ever.

The world does not need copies.

The world needs you.

Your voice.

Your gifts.

Your truth.

Your wisdom.

Your compassion.

Your light.

As trapped energies are released, you become more of who you were always meant to be.

You become more authentic.

More connected.

More empowered.

More aligned with your soul’s purpose.

And perhaps that is the true purpose of connecting with your Star Family.

Not to escape this world.

Not to become special.

Not to seek validation.

But to remember who you are.

To remember where you came from.

To remember why you came here.

To awaken the gifts already within you.

To open your heart.

To speak your truth.

To become a living expression of love.

For in the end, the greatest contact is not with beings among the stars.

The greatest contact is with the divine presence that has always lived within you.

And when that connection awakens, you discover that you were never alone.

You were guided.

You were loved.

You were remembered.

And now it is your turn to remember yourself.
